Choosing the right program does not have to be a tedious challenge. Together we can determine the appropriate action plan for your company and departing employees, often at much lower prices than the larger national outplacement firms.

LIO IS YOUR OUTPLACEMENT ANSWER!
LIO specializes in working with organizations facing transitional challenges due to downsizing, restructuring, or layoffs. Always on the cutting-edge of the outplacement industry, we are recognized for:

  • Humanistic Approach. We are in the business of helping people who are undergoing one of the worst shocks of their life. We can help them identify and deal with the range of emotions that occur. We strive to create empowerment and get them focused on the future.

  • Affordable Cost and Flexible Programs. We offer comprehensive, competitive programs at a fraction of the cost of larger firms. Whether in one-on-ones, workshops or a combination of both, we offer customized solutions.
  • Confidential Services. We offer free and confidential consultations at your company location or offsite. During our meeting, we will discuss pre-separation options, cost-effective outplacement packages, and other issues that impact your company’s reorganization efforts.

EXPERIENCE THE LIO DIFFERENCE!

WE WORK WITH HUMAN RESOURCE PROFESSIONALS, MANAGERS AND SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS WHO:

  • Realize that maintaining a high level of morale and productivity after downsizing is important to the rebuilding of their organization.
  • Want to minimize the effect of downsizing on departing employees and recognize this is an area their company needs to address.
  • Are overwhelmed with various departmental issues and they are unable to provide the coaching, training, and motivation needed to assist departing employees.
  • Are faced with the challenge of terminating long-term employees who have been dedicated to the company.
